A little update--I am very happy with my new baby so far, and here's one reason why....a composite screenshot of a simple project, just 2 Altiverbs, 1 PSP 84 delay, 1 Sonic Modulator, and a couple of VI's....it should be pretty obvious which is the Mac Pro and which is the MDD G4. :D

That is just a lovely picture. That's the kind of picture I would show to relatives at a family reunion!!!!!

You may want to try using Apple's Activity Monitor Utility instead of the DP CPU Meter... you get a meter for each core with Apple. Much more accurate, too.
