loud DING with TOAST!

after a couple of years of it you start to remember about it a just as you are reaching for the mouse, soon it becomes an involutary reaction, clicking whilst turning down..........but sooner or later you will start multi tasking & then BOOIINNG!! **** do i really monitor that loud, same when i used to get in the car.......

I have a client who loves to hear that ding. I wish we could customize it though. I would prefer a vintage car horn AAAH-OOOOOO-GA myself.

Just a thought, when I burn multiple cd's in Toast, it doesn't ding. So if you need 1 cd, set it to 2 and then just cancel after the first one.

That's the way it works on my version of Toast.

New Toast 7 coming soon. Nothing about silencing the loud annoying ding though.
