I think Sustainiac is right. Here is the response from Geethree to my question about the future of the Stealth card on Apple computers :
Since Apple has not produce a Mac that can support a Stealth card for several years, we do not plan to do further development work in this area.
As long as the mother board of PC computers will be equiped of serial ports, the MTP AV serial user will be quiet.

you have to be carefull as to which stealth serial port you buy.
i bought one for the G5 only to realise it does not fit my G5.
I used the stealth serial port on my G4 for years without a problem.
I ended up buying a USB interface instead.
If anyone is interested i can sell the Stealth serial Port for the G5.

Hello Jugealt.

Your G5 is a PPC or Intel one ?

dual 2.3 G5 not Intel.
I think the serial ports works on the older G5 models. Im guessing mine is the newer one.
