CUBASE SX CRASH & NOW CAN'T SEE MOTU 2408's

Hey Jidis,

Thanks for the input.

I have the Audio Device in VST Connections assigned to the only option available, ASIO Multimedia. Everything looks as you described it and I know how to use this window (VST Conn). I just don't know how to get my Motu's to show up cause I know this is where they need to be.

I didn't quite follow you on your idea to reset the in/outs. I went to my MOTU Audio Setup window and hit Refresh, then re-loaded Cubase and that didn't do anything, still no Motu love. Is the reset button you were referring to different than the refresh I tried in Audio Setup? Because I'll try anything.

Guy that's it, YOU FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!

I am getting output through my motu units again, haven't checked inputs yet but I will in a minute.

I've run into another problem though. Now that I'm up and running again, and this may be some sort of sync problem I'm not sure but now in SX, the LED's on my master outputs are rising and falling as if there's a lite stereo signal (panning from left to right) being routed through the main outs. Output from the song is fine, and I hear no noise associated with the fader image but I know it's not right; it wasn't like that before my crash.

Again, I humbly ask for help from you masters on this now, any ideas?

I found the problem...................

It was an FX send (Rotary) that was on. It ALL GOOD NOW.
