Saving Insert settings

Effect chains.

Track sets (drums, orch, etc).

MIDI data (Snare on 2&4, HiHat, Fills, etc)

Chunks and V-Racks

Soundbites (2-pop, blank for merging from the top, FX, etc.).

SysEx for synth and POD presets (just dbl clk the clipping and it sends it to the device.).

Text Edit files for session notes.

Girly pictures.

How do you use the clippings for track sets and soundbites?
This stuff is new to me, but seems very powerfull when producing a lot with the same kind of setup.

How about the startup clipping window?

but doesn't it seem quicker to just hold the command key down than daintily mouse over to the left side of the insert? it does to me, at least.

Never find out it to be umm "dainty"
