Izotope R4 Reverb. $9.99. Was $299.00 ($289.01 off)
Here’s the sale page. You have to scroll down to find it:
https://www.izotope.com/en/shop/paid-deals-2.html
R4 delivers the historic warmth of time-tested reverb hardware units with CPU-efficient reverb and expanded creative control. Add personality and space to your music with reverb designed to color your mixes without compromising clarity.
NOTES:
• You can't install via the Izotope Product Portal, you need to download from your products page when you're logged in.
• I think iLok is the only authorization type available which is fine by me, BUT if you're like me and want to sure an authorization ends up on your iLok dongle and NOT the computer, DO NOT redeem the iLok code with iLok Manager prior to downloading and installing. This bit me on the butt with another of these Exponential Audio plugs, and I had to authorize my computer AS WELL as the iLok dongle, because the plug-in upon first load did not see the authorization on my iLok and put me in a Catch 22 where if I tried to authorize again for iLok it would tell me it was already there, but still wouldn't let the plug run. I had to use computer authorization.
• Bottom line: Install the plug first before redeeming iLok code. You may need to restart your Mac for it to recognize new AU plug. Launch DP and when DP verifies the plug, you will THEN be prompted to enter the serial number to put authorization on your iLok and be prompted if you want authorization on your Mac or your iLok dongle. I always choose the dongle personally.
Yea, I wish that iZotope would integrate Exponential Audio into their licensing scheme.
I did a search on my Mac and couldn't find R4 which struck me as odd—figured it had to have been included in some bundle I bought earlier. Sure enough, there it was in my purchase history—twice, once in 2019 and again 2020. Not only that, I had two activations on my iLok. Apparently, I never installed it. Fixed that and returned (deactivated) one license to my Unused bank.

It was in the Production Suite bundle IIRC Mike.

Yep. I got it included with a pair of upgrades. At least iZotope lists it separately in the purchase history, otherwise I’d never have found it. Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve accidentally bought something twice.

UVI Plate $64

UVI Plate is on sale for $64. I had the impression this is a new plug-in, but I did a search in my Mail app and found an email about it back in 2018 with an introductory price of $79, so who knows? I had an old link that offers at 15 day demo. You may have to act fast, because I think the $64 deal ends today at midnight? I already sprung for the UAD Lexicon 480L, so I may have to pass anyway.

The demo was impressive enough, and it will be quite useful. Requires you to give them your full name address and phone. Also requires you to install a downloader app (mac, win, linux). Normally, there are more hoops than I would jump through, but but hopefully the soul extraction is over now.

I ran into a snag with the Legato Trumpet, but that Norrland one seems way nicer-- and has zero headaches. Nice, unobtrusive donationware setup.

I did the same thing. Bought it last year before realising it was in the MPS v3 bundle.
Haven't upgraded to MPS v4 'cause the price wasn't right.

I didn't have much trouble with the Legato Trumpet. Sounds really nice. Only thing I noticed is that I opened it in Kontakt App after installing to audition it, and just for giggles I sent it some pitch bend and mod wheel and it went completely silent! Would not make a peep until I closed that instance in Kontakt and then reloaded the instrument. It appears it doesn't like pitch bend or mod wheel! I'll give the Norrland one you linked to a shot as well.
I do notice that the Legato Solo Trumpet is a svelt 768MB for the entire folder in Kontakt. The folder for the Norrland is about 2.25 GB, so it's definitely heftier on the disk space! However, just perused the PDF manual and it seems a much more capable. Haven't listened to it yet.

Damn... I'm such a reverb slut. I made the mistake of giving a listen to the demo. Plate sounds really good and has less than HALF the CPU hit that Abbey Road Plates has. The halls on my UA LXP480L sound really good to me, but the plates sound a bit metallic. UVI Plate sounds pretty smooth. I also have UVI Sparkverb and the plates don't sound near as good. So I'm out $64. Damn you, UVI!

First time I've ever checked a box acknowledging that I know a VI requires the full, paid version of Kontakt before the order would be complete. Ok… I get it.

Probably a good idea. I see ads for libraries like this on Facebook, and they’re full of comments from people complaining about downloading it and then discovering it requires the full version of Kontakt. Nobody reads the fine print those days. They’re probably smart to head that off in advance.

$10 is a good price, but all the EA reverbs are officially abandonware. iZotope has said they won’t be developed further. Very irritating for those of us that bought them, but at least they had the decency to announce it rather than leave everyone to guess.
