Arturia's collection of virtual synths is on sale for $100 off; I got $200 off because I once secured a free copy of Aturia's Mini Filter.

Working with this collection for a few days, I must say I am very impressed. Huge variety of sounds and presets, and the nature of such VIs (including interfaces familiar to old-timers like me, like the OBX and Prophet) makes programming easier to grok than multi-page VIs like Omnisphere. Every synth I've tried so far has worked perfectly in DP10.13, and I've been quite inspired.

PSP SpringBox $19

https://www.pspaudioware.net/UserArea/store/view$19 but if you're a repeat customer, there will be an additional discount. I picked it up in a similar sale years ago so am spreading the word now that it's here again.

Not only is SpringBox really close to the '60s Fender tube boxes but, if you hit it hard with a transient, it poings and crashes like the old Fender Reverb that used to sit on top of my Showman back in the day.

I have other spring reverb emulators (Amplitude etc.) but this is my go-to if not reaching for an amp sim.

Funny how we buy emulators of stuff that didn't work properly. You could also hit it hard with a boot.
I just got an emulation of cheap 60s fuzz boxes made by Behringer. It sounds terrible. Just the thing.

The up side: it poings and crashes like the old Fender Reverb…

The down side: it poings and crashes like the old Fender Reverb…

I remember the Ferrante and Teicher hit Theme to Midnight Cowboy that used the old poing as a percussive effect. Fortunately, you only have to listen to the first few seconds to hear it.

The other upside is you can make a musical instrument out of anything.
The other downside ...

Oeksound Soothe2 $60-off until 4/5/21

FTWMBI: Oeksound's Soothe2 "dynamic resonance suppressor" is rarely discounted, but it's $60 off through 4/5. If you already have the original Soothe, there is also a small discount on their (very reasonable) upgrade price.

I use this one a lot when mixing. Here's a link…

VSL Vienna Ensemble Pro 7 (VE Pro 7) is on sale for 145 Euros (basically $175).

I'm brand new to it but for my own $0.02, it's pretty inscrutable (emphasize I'm brand new to it). I've used their Synchron and VI players and really like the sound of their stuff. I'll just have to learn VE Pro 7. Others on this list are vastly more knowledgeable on it. A number are quite keen on VE Pro.

So, you ask, why mention this deal?

Well, the current deal comes bundled with the "Epic Orchestra" (roughly 28GB to download, roughly 72GB installed). So that's some pretty serious software and a load of sounds for a buck-seventy-five.

Seems like a lot of the soundtrack crowd are big on VE Pro.

Deal appears to end Monday.

That is so worth it. If I didn't already have it...

Edit: PSP website says $29, not $19 (unless it's a different offer you were referring to, bayswater). It's still worth every penny, IMO.

Go for it! It's still probably my top mastering limiter for transparency, when working mostly with acoustic or sampled instruments in mostly non-rock genres. And I may give it a go on pop/rock again soon, as the Slate FG-X mastering suite is probably not going to work much longer due to being abandonware that is going to hit a brick wall soon with macOS software updates and Apple hardware switches.

The email I got from PSP said 19. But $29 is still a good deal. Like you, I have it already.

Yep. Same here.

And if you’ve bought from PSP before, their cumulative discount also applies.

Recently, I responded to one of their plugin discounts to find that I couldn’t add it to my cart. ??? Turns out I’d bought it over a year ago but had never downloaded and installed. Too many plugins or getting too old???

 I've done that with PSP too. Almost bought Treble mix twice. I'm on a campaign to clear out plugins I don't use or can't remember I already bought. It will get worse when I start reviewing samples.

I haven't seen a comparison of Xenon with the new Brainworx bx_limiter True Peak, Mark, but from what I've read about it, it sounds like a no-brainer(!) when it comes up on-sale.

Seriously man, this thing really sounds the biz:
