Thanks - I have toned down Moving Waves slightly and amended the control panel for a better look. See above.
Close to the edge has the nicest colour mixer I think. All a bit of fun in downtime...

Hey guys, it's been fun to follow your exploits; I had a dabble myself in the heady days of yore, long before MOTU introduced themes, and although my efforts were pathetic, it was serious fun, especially the anticipation I felt when firing the app up to see how the changes I'd just made would manifest themselves.
corbo-billy, I've been wantng to ask you for months now: Where's the link to the Subway theme? Your Samplestation page loads, along with the pics, but there's no link at the bottom as is the case with all your other themes.
Sorry to bother you about this; I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned it as the theme has a certain earthiness about it, in a "city" kind of way, judging by the pics.
Keep up the good work, man!
PS: Enjoy the tour! I love it and watch every year; I like to imagine I'm up there in the mountains and on the bikes. Great fun.

Many thanks for your "followingg": I'm working on this Subway Theme and has a link to get it as soon as possible _

And it is repaired:
Here is the ticket for the Subway Theme _ Or click on the following picture _
Some modifications to the POLAR and control function MOVIE window + lots of other goodies .
The link is valid only for two months: I have the refresh from time to time because it is a free website hosting

I improved a little details such as the presentation of the inserts (Mixing Board) always get the Subway theme in the same place .

Thank you, CB - the insert slots look much clearer.
EDIT 1: On second thoughts, maybe just different.
EDIT 2: Oh, crap. If your pics are anything to go by, they are clearer now (more legible).

I have been experimenting with what I call a null control panel counter and transport buttons so you can get the look of the background on custom themes - which on my Monet theme (taken from pictures I took of his water lily paintings at L'Orangerie in Paris) looks like this:
Personally I like the look of this as the control panel itself is a little awkward to get looking nice.

Gaz, at some point you're going to have to organise a way to share these things with us; your updates are like a rolling ad that tantalises but never quite makes it to the punchline!
Much of what you've done looks interesting, including this and some of the shading experiments you conducted on the mixer. Surely folks here would be glad to be able to partake in your enjoyment?
I reckon that seeing as it's impressionism, the pic you used needn't be quite as smudged; personally I'd love to feel a little more of the flavour of the painting, which has always been one of my faves, BTW. I realise it'd be about finding a balance between beauty and distraction (one and the same thing for the Monkster LOL), but I just can't help wondering how a little more focus might look.
Sorry if it sounds like I'm pontificating. I'm really only trying to encourage you.
EDIT: After posting this and glancing again at your post, it looks like any more clarity would've been too much, so I retract that suggestion; it looks like you've indeed found that balance, Gaz. Well done, mate.

Thanks Monkey Man - I would love to share these Themes (even so people could see what I have done and then do their own). I post photos to Facebook so then can share them here - but I don't know how to share Theme bundles.
I don't have a website yet (its coming under my own domain Guitargaz but not yet). If someone can tell me an easy way of sharing bundles of about 1mb in size I am happy to do this. Otherwise I am just posting screenshots as ideas of what I am doing to customise my own working environment when I have the creative block or just tiredness. Anyone can do this - although it has taken time to learn how to - happy to share this.

I used
this site but the links are not eternal (two, three months) and therefore must be refreshed regularly .

Well, the only things I've ever uploaded have been the avatars (just one at any given time) I've used here using ImageShack's free service, so I can talk... not!

Thanks - I will investigate this site.
My Themes are setup for one high control panel on Consolidated Window - I would need to make them suitable for all users who don't just use that setting. But this would be a start. Thanks.

I just registered but it says the the Theme bundle is a folder and can't be dropped there. Any ideas?

Try zipping it? It won't be a folder then...
