Graphic EQ plugin for AudioDesk 1.02?

Is there a graphic equalizer plug-in that will work with AudioDesk 1.02 ?

Audiodesk ships with a paragraphic EQ.

Audiodesk hosts MAS format plug-ins so you can also use a Waves EQ WaveArts EQ, or Izotope EQ.
