I have a major ground hum when I powerup the MTPAV now. Just happens in all my unbalanced audio sources and M-Audio speakers.
It appears to NOT be a ground loop and rather something in the PSU that is emenating all over my system via ac.
The MTPAV seems to still work, strangly enough.
Anyone else heard of this?

Yea thanks. tried the lift and no dice. It's usb. I'll mess with it at the end of the week.Sticky Fox wrote:It could be a ground loop if you're using USB. I'm not sure how you'd address it. Perhaps you can lift the ground on the MTPAV?
If it's a 60Hz noise you're hearing, it's not getting into your monitors through the AC.
Cheers
