Hi All,
I just installed DP5 - overall very nice, especially the track folders (wish I could mute them though....)
I wonder if someone can try and replicate this apparent bug. The dialogue track from the movie I'm working on plays back early (about 5 frames or so) in DP 5. It was fine in 4.6 and plays back fine in Quicktime. Can anyone recommend a work around short of copying the audio into the sequence?
best,
ed

Not to argue with you, but that's been a known bug for a while. I haven't been able to get DPs movie-window audio to show up in sync since at least 4.5. If yours were in sync then you were the exception not the rule (welcome to the club). We were hoping 5'd fix it. Guess it didn't.edledbury wrote:thanks for the prompt reply, but as I said, the same piece of video plays back perfectly in Dp 4.6 and in Quicktime. DP5 seems to have introduced the error. We've replicated it on two machines at our studio here, and I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed the same problem.
