How-Where do I download/install Cuemix 5 - with DP 11.32, 828 usb Hybrid on an Intel Mac OS 13.6.9

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this out.
The older, Cuemix FX was working and then last night something when sideways (maybe the Solar CME?).
This has led me to consider up grading to the Cuemix 5 which I've read should have installed with the Audio Installer.
It didn't as far as I can tell.
Cuemix FX is still the only such application in my Mac Application Folder
With all my searching I'm led to believe, I should have Cuemix 5 as a result of installing the 11.32 update - so where is it?
Everything I've read says it will work with Ventura, and my 828 usb Hybrid.
Please point me in the right direction.

Cuemix is built into your hardware. The application downloads and installs with your driver. There is no "828 USB Hybrid" model. Is it really the 828mk3 Hybrid or the new 828? These take different drivers.

My Bad and You are correct. I provided incomplete information, expecting to receive a complete answer.
My system started going down and I just sort of set off a flair for some help. And you did! Thank you.

Otherwise, the face of my hardware unit reads: 828mk3 192 kHz hybrid FW-USB 2, as best these old eyes can see. Actually, I had never noticed the tiny "2" before. But everything had been working fine, then, all of a sudden—weird! Not functioning after re-opening the same file/project, from only the night before. OR was it DP 11.32, or maybe the problem is in the hardware—with CueMix FX going strange as well.... I had to start somewhere.
Oh Did I mention? my icloud email was non op during this same period. It had to be the solar cme, right?

For anyone who might be interested—all 1.2 of you. This update to my post is good news.

Following my previous posting and concession of providing incomplete information regarding my issue, I opened up the computer and did a Restart (again) followed by firing up the studio gear. Surprise! Everything worked as it had been prior to all the dysfunction and weirdness I had been experiencing the day before.
Go figure! It must have been the solar cme after all! If so, I'm glad my computer hasn't been downgraded to a heating pad.

In retrospect, it occurred to me how little I have been using my 828mk3 Hybrid in the past few months—not needing to track, etc. while only working "in the box." So, when there were issues with this recordings session (using the 828mk3...) I barely considered it as being part of the problem—which ultimately it wasn't. Or was it? Who knows? However, the following quest to update or upgrade CueMix FX to CueMix 5, led me to learn CueMix 5 WILL work with my Mac OS and DP 11.32 but it will NOT work with my older 828mk3 Hybrid (unless I've misunderstood that bit of info too). So, it's nothing that more money and new gear won't fix. And that's the way it is!

The harsh truth must simply be, I'm not keeping up with the technology very well. But, by God, I'm up and running and making/recording music again and that's what matters here.

Welcome to the club. I have my 828mkII FW working over Sequoia through a few adapters. It uses the same driver as yours but its built-in version of Cuemix is older so the functionality is not the same. OTOH, it works!
