Is MachFive dead and gone?

I just tried to open a project from a couple of years ago, which included the Telematic in the UVI, and it wouldn’t come up. saying there was no license?

Does this mean that those VIs that came with MF3, Percussiv, Telematic etc, are no longer available to me now in DP 11.32?

And that I will now have to buy the licenses from AS ?

No, MOTU quietly updated all the M53 libraries to load in UVI player and Falcon. You have to redownload them completely from their site.
