I have been lucky converting all my Unisyn bank files that were long time ago saved under Unisyn proprietary file type... I didnt had to open Unisyn and re save them under .UBK .
All the job was to "append" UBK suffix.
Once renamed, I was pretty successful dragging them to the proper instrument added in Studio inside Midiquest Pro 12 .
They opened, 100% preserved , and after transmitted to DX7 , Octave Voyetra8 and Roland D50, my valuable banks are perfect, no loss at all !
As they were numerous files to rename, I've used BatchRenamerPro and all are now exported to "modern" Midiquest format or .SYX ,
Ready to be useful again !
Voilà !
It worked .
CHEERS.
