Lost connection

Hi,
When running Cubase 10 ( or 11 ), the web interface of my MOTU UltreLiteAVB losses connection with the device ( Could Not Communicate With Device ). Cubase can't play but it is not crashing. Meanwhile, Windows Media Player can play music, even with the MOTU error message on. I close Cubase and the web interface reconnect almost immediately with the device.

It does this almost every day. I did what is on the troubleshooting page on motu.com. I updated the firmware and the driver. I reinstalled the Windows USB driver. I sent a ticket on motu.com last week, no answer so far.

Any idea ? Thanks !
