Controller 64 not passing though

Hi all, I'm anew member to the forum although a VERY long time user of Performer.

This is an odd setup so please bear with me, any help would be appreciated.

Computer #1 imac 10.5.8 DP6 micro express interface. works normally when MIDI cable 6 is going to sound module, but I'm trying to dump old band tracks from COMP 1 to computer 2 because the individual sequences won't load into DP9 on computer 2:

imac 10.6 DP 9 using the MIDI in of my NI Komplete Audio 6 IF. The MIDI notes trigger my virtual piano plug-in (XLN addictive keys) BUT the sustain pedal data does NOT go through.

SO: MIDI out from micro express to MIDI IN of NI Komplete audio 6 IF no controller 64 goes through.

Does DP9 have a filter of some sort blocking that data stream?

Yes, it could be the Input Filter in the Setup Menu.
