click track during Bounce to Disk?

Post by proton »

hello DP sages,

is it possible to include DP's click during Bounce to Disk, other than actually recording the click as an audio track first?
tried b-t-d with click enabled [both audio & MIDI], highlighted conductor track too, but no click in the final bounce. the other MIDI tracks were there as expected. also tried creating an instrument track to play the MIDI click, which works during playback, but won't b-t-d.

thanx--

Hello,

Not a sage, but the short answer is no.

Here's a couple of links which may or may not contain information you're already familiar with

I think DP could pop up a warning: "click is on, do you want it in the bounce?" Or have preferences:

Include click in bounces:
always
always with warning
never

I never use BTD, so my clicks go where I want when I want.

yeah- super simple to just record the click- route the click to a bus, use that as the input to a new audio track, hit record, one time through, Bob's your uncle.
