Ultralite mk 3 power issue

Post by spencer4t »

Good morning. I recently purchased a 2019 iMac. In trying to hook up my Ultralite mk3 I have found that even when I hook up the power supply with the USB cable my MOTU won't power up. My only guess is that maybe I'm not using a USB 2.0 cable, so I ordered one of those just to be sure. Anyone else have this problem? Also, is there a firewire to Thunderbolt 3 cable that would work (and power the MOTU). Thanks for any help you have to offer!

Best to ask MOTU directly.

You might want to try a USB 2 to USB-C cable.
