Midinotes don't responde different volumes
I have played a track with the VI GG B3 Organ, but the Midinotes don't responde different Volumes in the MIDI Editor. ( on Drum-and Midieditor the notes responds perfect with SD Drummer ) Are there different ways to change maybe velocity etc. ?

Re: Midinotes don't responde different volumes
Most VI/MIDI organs will behave like real organs and not have velocity sensitivity. Organs traditionally use a foot pedal to control volume.
However, some VI's might have a setting let you enable velocity control, even though it is not a realistic application.
It's not DP, it is in the VI itself. You can dig around and see if there's a velocity sensing option/setting.
If not, and you REALLY want it, you might be able to fake it with monophonic lines by converting velocity to the expression CC. Not sure if it would work, but might be worth a try.

Thanks a lot for your response ! I will try your example with the monophonic lines but as you mentioned before this would not be the real thing for Organs
Maybe a good Comp. works better

Organ is all about volume pedal and drawbar control and Leslie speed changes. Or it's just not an organ.

Re: Midinotes don't responde different volumes
For a non-organist, and/or non-purist, taking the wonderful sound of an organ and adding velocity sensitivity can be useful in some contexts. True, it is not an organ (because it is not).
As another example, a harpsichord is a non-velocity instrument as well. But using some DSP and faking the brightness changes and volume changes and adding velocity adds a dimension that can be useful if you don't have a need to be authentic.
That said, spending time playing organ sounds with a volume pedal may be time well spent.
