Hi
I've got a 24Ao connected to a 2017 MBP High Sierra 10.13.6 running Qlab. Occasionally the interface just disappears. Its no longer detected by Discovery tool or by Mac OS. The only way to get it back is to reboot the interface.
I have experienced this when audio has been playing out to it during a show. Only the USB seems to be affected. AVB routing and control of the GUI over IP is fine still.
The 24Ao is running v1.3.4+1015 firmware and the Mac is running v2.0+77610 drivers.
Anyone else have any issues with interfaces vanishing?
Thanks

When you say "Mac OS", you mean it vanishes from the Audio MIDI Setup utility?jay_bee007 wrote:Hi

Didn't check in Audio MIDI Setup, but it was not listed under System Preferences/Sound as an input or output device.
It also disappeared from Discovery tool
