how to set the value of a point in Sequence mode?

how to set the value of a point in Sequence mode? sometimes I find it so hard to manually set to 0.00
macbook pro 10.10, 2.5G,16G ram,256G SSD

In the info bar across the top, you should see a readout of the value. Click it and enter a new one.
