Digital Performer not recording any audio
Im having trouble with recording on digital performer. I need help
I dont know if im doing something wrong or if there is anything misssing
The situation is, Digital performer is not recording anything, everything is plugged in properly at least it looks that way.
Everything looks normal, i have recorded before without any issues but this time nothing.
The track is enabled, the inputs and outputs are in order, my interface appears normally, mic plugged in as usual.
When i hit record it looks like its recording but the line is flat and i dont receive any audio
I dont know how to fix this, please help

Re: Digital Performer not recording any audio
Need a little more info, but if you tap on the mic or sing into it are you seeing any meters bounce?
That would indicate that DP is seeing the audio.
And you're positive that the mic or mic pre is connected to the same input as your armed track?

Hi!
Yes, im positive the mic is connected properly intro the right track
I speak into the mic, make noises but apparently it is not receiving, the meters aren't bouncing
nothing is happening
it records a flat line with no audio

Re: Digital Performer not recording any audio
Can you post screenshots of the Tracks window and Bundles window? It might help.

Check the Bundles window. Make sure your audio input is routed properly.

Re: Digital Performer not recording any audio
This isn't quite the issue it used to be but...
Check Audio in your System preferences panel. Its not unheard of for something to reroute the input or output so that DP can't see it. A number of apps used to do this.
