MAS turns off while saving

Hello guys

DP 4.6 gets more and more wimpy: from time to time it shuts down the audio system while saving and I get bla:

"Program error: invalid internal state (MotuAudioSystem Mas MasBiteQueuelter.ccp, 339 [6:0])
The MOTU Audio System has been turned off. You may be able to turn it back on with the Audio System menu, but consider saving your file first"

I get this only with larger projects (20 to 30 audio tracks). any idea?

G5 2x1,8, 10.3.8, 1.5 Ram, DP 4.6

I've had the same problem... even with smaller project. It does that once in a while. Are you running more than one app at the same time? It happened to me once when I was running DP and Peak at the same time and never really know if it was just a coincidence...

No other apps running. You're saying you HAD the same problem. Is it gone?
