MIDI device not appearing in track output minimenu

Hi,

I'm on DP 5.1 (I know, upgrade!), on a Mac OS X.

I'm using a Turtle Beach MIDI cable from an old Yamaha e-pno.

The TB cable shows up in Audio MIDI setup.

But when I add a MIDI track, and try to select TB from output, it is not there.

Things work fine if I add a virtual instrument -- I can send MIDI to the
virtual instrument and it plays no prob.

Also -- the piano thru the TB cable triggers the MIDI fine when using virtual instruments.
So DP sees it for input.

Any ideas?
