I'm trying to figure out how to automate the various controls in the MS equalizer. For example, is there a way to change the frequency parameter in the blue (low frequency) equalizer? Alternatively, is there a way to assign a MIDI controller to change this parameter via MIDI CC #?
I've been searching to see how to do this, and there are some tantalizing clues. For instance, we find: "I have noticed that Masterworks EQ (DP 7.24) will exhibit this behavior sometimes when automating it." in http://www.motunation.com/forum/viewtop ... g#p465616.
In another post we read: "It seems as though automating some controls creates some audible distortion. Specifically, the frequency of the HP (and presumably LP) filter. MW EQ doesn't have this problem" http://www.motunation.com/forum/viewtop ... ng#p458874.
Both suggest that it is possible to automate the MW EQ parameters... any help in accomplishing this would be appreciated.

Re: automating/live control over masterworks EQ parameters
All of the controls of the MW EQ are automatable in the normal manner as outlined in the manual.
Yes you may get processor spikes when automating LF levels (especially when crossing the 0db threshold) and frequency, how much will be up to view fast your CPU is.
