DP8 & Mountain Lion 10.8.5 or Maverick
Are there any known conflicts between DP8 & Mountain Lion 10.8.5? and DP8 & Maverick?

I believe any bugs are inherent in DP and not necessarily specific to 10.8 or 10.9.

If you are using Izotope RX 3, it doesn't work with DP 8.05 and Mountain Lion. Works great in Mavericks and DP 8.05 or ML and DP 8.04. As far as I know, Izotope is trying to figure out why. The 3.01 update does not fix this.

Thanks, I use mostly UAD plugs and some URS plugs. I am not 100% sure I need to call UAD but I have heard their plugs don't like Maverick yet.

I'm not having any trouble with DP 8.05 or my UAD plugins under Mavericks. (Yes, it's spelled with an "s"... it's the name of a surfing beach in CA.)

Re: DP8 & Mountain Lion 10.8.5 or Maverick
I have recently gone back to Mountain Lion due to probles I encountered with my Protools 10HD sessions. I noticed a better DP 8.05 behaviour at the same time so I will stick with this for now. UAD have told me Mavericks isn't supported yet and as I use their plug-ins extensively I will wait until ProTools and UAD sort it out. Perhaps UAD will introduce the AAX format in the process as well. I have also heard that in some instances the VST versions of plug-ins behave better.

Re: DP8 & Mountain Lion 10.8.5 or Maverick
I went from 10.8.5 to 10.9 a few days ago. Haven't had any problems, so far. I have two computers (connected with VE Pro), and I updated them both. I'm currently doing a project using a very large template. DP came up and worked exactly as it should and hasn't crashed, even with heavy work this week!

Re: DP8 & Mountain Lion 10.8.5 or Maverick
Having just gone from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion I can tell you Mountain Lion has issues aside from DP 8. The most troublesome issue in DP8 from earlier versions so far is editing controller values in Line view in the MIDI editor. Have never seen that over the years.
