Hi,
when I have a 3rd Party Plugin ( maybe Softube, Flux ect.) on a Track and the Plug is muted, I can't hear the Track, but when I'm clicking once more on the Mute Button ( until the Plug is once more muted ) than I can hear the Plugin. Also when I will bounce a Track and the Plugin is muted the Track is empty.
Has someone same problems or could give me help ?
Thanks a lot in the meantime !

Not sure about what plugs you are using with a Mute button, but it sounds like you might want to use the Bypass button (upper right). Or maybe you are saying the Bypass button is not working? If the plug has a Mute button, I would guess that it would do exactly that.

Use MOTU's online tech support. They can probably give you a couple of things to try. If you want to call them, you can Skype to landlines in the USA for somewhere around 2.5 cents per minute.
