MTP AV USB and Win7 64bit

Will the MTV AV USB work with Win7 64bit? ClockWorks doesn't see the device, and Windows complains that the USB device is not working.

I know it's an old interface, but it works with my old Mac G3 / OS9 and I'd like to move it to my new faster PC.
AMD 3.5GHz (FX 6300 6C), 16GB RAM, Win7 Pro, DP 8.06, 828mk3 Hybrid (USB->PC), original 2408 (optical->828mk3), MIDI Express XT USB, various MIDI devices

I suppose I should close the loop on this. MOTU tech support told me that older MTP AVs are not compatible with Intel CPUs, Windows or OS X. There was a chip available to fix the problem, but that chip is not available now. I have replaced my MTP AV with a MIDI Express XT USB.
