Mp3 export slower than before?

Mp3 export slower than before?

Has anyone else noticed that the mp3 export seems slower than before? Is it just me? I'm on the latest version of DP, and I remember that they got rid of the need to install the LAME codec at some point. Are they using a different system now? I tried using iTunes to convert the same wav file to an mp3, and it finished in about a 10th the time DP took to export it.
12-Core Mac Pro, OS: Sierra w/ DP9 - always the latest version. Love of film music.

It is... or WAS until MagicD suggested I play with the settings. Now it is waaaay faster.

THis is my current setting. Lower rez will probably be faster.
