Hey,
I'm trying to set up my 24I/O to work with 96kHz, however it only works flawless with 44.1 so far.
When I change the sampling rate to 96 and record some audio and try to play the track I get some really nasty digital distortion. I can listen to it with my Tascam US-122MKII, so I know that the recorded audio is all right. I can even resample it to 44.1khz and listen to it with the 24I/O.
It's connected to a PCI-424 card, the driver is up to date and I use Windows 8 and Cubase7. The problem remains the same on other DAWs.
I would contact Motu Tech Support for this, but the device was bought used and doesn't have a sticker with the serial number on it.
Any ideas?
Paco
