RESOLVED MachFive 3.14 install errors?

Hi,

I'm hitting the road soon to go to a colony and work on my theater piece and will using my laptop for the next month as I can't being my desktop. so I'm installing DP8 and M5 etc. on it.

I installed MachFive on my desktop a while back with no problems. I was installing it swimmingly on the FW drive connected to my laptop when I got to DVD4 Mark79.ufs and suddenly it would almost finish and stop and give me an error -36.

"The finder can't complete the operation because some data in "Mark79.ufs" can't be read or written. (Error code -36)"

I tried the disk a few times, tried the next DVD5 Telmatic and the same thing: gets to the very end and then fails. I used the very same disks to install on my other machines months ago and they've been in their packaging since. Anyone know what this means or how to get around it? Are the disks suddenly damaged?

wait: I just realized that after installing M5 I updated and then started the content. Could that be the issue - the UFS aren't as up-to-date as the app now? On the other hand, it took the 1st 3 DVDs without a problem!

Puzzled...
