Moutu USB MIDI and WDM drivers not showing to DAWs

Hi, we've got a problem with an old XP machine, both the USB MIDI and PCI-324 WDM drivers appear to be installed fine, showing in device manager but no DAW will find the MIDI and Windows can't find the wave driver. The Asio works correctly.

Has any one come up against this before? Seems like it could be a registry issue, anyone know a solution?
