Cue/ Audition/ Scrub out of Analog 1-2 Only?
Is there a way to set up a different set of outs in DP 4.6 to audition / scrub sound bites?
Right now, the default is Analog 1-2, but I'm running my project outs of S/PDIF 1-2. It would be nice to be able to have the option of setting audition outs to different channels other than Analog 1-2. This is available in PT, but I can't find it in MOTU at all...

DP 4.52/ DP 4.6/ OSX 10.3.9/ G5 Dual 2.0/ 1.5 GB RAM/ Reason 3.0/ VSTs (PSP, TC Native), MAS (DP Plugs), AU (PSP, Ohmboyz)/ UAD-1 (3.9)/ MOTU 828 (2)
Thanks - will do. I assumed it would be under audio bundles or hardware setup, but coudn't find any options there. I'll check out Default Outputs in the Index.
Also - is there a way to define outputs when using your A/D converter to play Mac audio through (ie - iTunes)? Say I wanted iTunes audio to play through the same default my A/D is set for in DP (in my case, S/PDIF).
Thanks - C

Could you give me a page number? I can't seem to find anything in the index or the Playing and Recording chapter of the DP manual.
Thanks so much -

It's very hard to find. Here's what you do. Go into Audio Bundles and click the Outputs tab. Grab the bundle that you want to be the output for Scrub/Audition and drag it to the top of the list (grab it by clicking on the icon the MV column). This bundle will now be the output for Scrub, etc.Christian wrote:Westla -
