MachFive 3 competitive upgrade offer question

Hello, I've finally decided to jump onto the MachFive 3 bandwagon and I think I qualify for the competitive upgrade offer because I own EastWest Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra (referred to as "EastWest Play" on the upgrade page?) as well as Independence Pro (referred to as "Independence" on the upgrade page?), but my problem is neither of these products came with printed manuals and so I can't submit the required first pages from them. Has anyone followed this same upgrade path by any chance?

I contacted sales a few days ago but I haven't seen a reply. Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

You should be able to call them directly. Sales is not like support where you just get a busy signal. Sales is pretty quick!

You can submit page 1 from your PDF manual as proof of your comp upgrade -this is what I did. Good luck, I think you will really like M5!

Thanks for the replies, everyone! Just purchased the upgrade and will post what happens after trying to register in case someone else has the same question and arrives here via a search.

Update: Registration successful!

I sent an email to support this time (instead of sales) explaining my situation and they requested some kind of proof that I own the qualifying products. I provided PDFs and scans of purchase receipts for both EWQLSO and Independence Pro as well as MachFive 3 (don't forget to include this one like I initially did!) and now my serial appears in my MOTU account.

I have to add that support was prompt and friendly.
