Post by arebee »

Hey, does anybody have or know of details by which MIDI controls are used for all the knobs/switches in the MW EQ plug ins, i fancy building a MIDI control surface template for it.

cheers.

If you have a Novation controller you can use Automap to assign the controller to the MW EQ knobs. The software itself is free. http://www.novationmusic.com/products/software/automap/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It'll also allow you control almost any plugin in your arsenal including soft synths...

automap does NOT support MAS plugins, only AU and VST on the mac, I have been requesting MAS support for over 2 years, I don't think its going to happen.

In the same boat here. Every single 3rd party plug-in works great with my Novation ZeRO SLMK2 but no MOTU plugs at all. I asked them about this and never get a response on this particular topic. Everything else they've been very helpful . . . so I assume it's not happening.

Because of this I've made all the MOTU plugs inactive so they don't even load and just use Waves or whatever else.
