I'll let you know when I can afford one. The cost is prohibitive and absurd in my opinion. Thunderbolt, so far, has been a huge disappointment.

Intel promised low cost TB chip sets by Spring 2012 in January 2011. When these ship, we will see reasonably priced TB peripherals and not before.
