Registering/streaming audio output from Microbook

Hi, I'm using a Microbook on Windows 7, and I was wondering how can i record or just stream the audio output of this soundcard.

Just for example, how can I stream my Microbook audio output via Skype? I would like to let my friends to hear a preview of my music in this quick way.

Is it possible? And if it's so, how can I do this?
