Cubase SL 3.1 open initializing stoped at machfive

hi ,i remember when i reinstall machfive at last i get a "initialize error" message ,then i installed Interlok Drivers and reboot , but when i open the cubase SL 3.1 ,it stoped at machfive dll's ,i'v been waiting a longtime,
but it no pass ,i must to close cubase ..i try load the machfive's files with Chainer ,its works fine.. i have unfinished work at cubase project with machfive,this problem happened when i install last Interlok Drivers after.

1), machfive 1.2 installer message "initialize error"
2), Interlok Drivers ?

any good advice ?

if i take out the usb dongle ,run the cubase, it have authorization popup windows , then i instert usb dongle , caubse start to initializing but still stop at machfive dll's ,i donn't think so my usb dongle is bad ,because,if i use Chainer to load the machfive dll's they'r all works ..

Yeah, I think there is a problem with MachFive and Cubase, from reading many posts. I am running Cubase LE on Mac. iLok dongle checks out OK, and MachFive runs fine under DP and Live 6. However, when launching Cubase LE, program stops launching when the "initializing MachFive" text appears as VST plug-ins are installing. Dang!!! If I take the dongle and skip MachFive, it launches. Double dang!!!
