MIDI sound output on ultralite mk3

Hello, I have a problem with my ultralite mk3. No MIDI output, the hardware screen show me a M (for MIDI) but I can´t hear any sound. I´m on windos 7 64 bit...

Hi,

The "problem" is that the Ultralite MK3 does not have MIDI sounds in it.
What you are actually seeing is the MIDI data being passed to it, and then it has nowhere to go, like to a dedicated MIDI playback device.

You can do what I do since I don't have one either.

Disable the MOTU MIDI in the device manager. In your audio DAW or other software like Guitar Pro or Powertab, set to use the Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth entry for MIDI playback, while choosing a MOTU output (Analogue 1-2, or S/PDIF, etc...however you are setup there) as the sound card.
