Thank goodness, but AIR is even worse (try reading Mix Magazine on-line anymore and see if you can figure out how to pan it or control the zoom level).

It's sad to see 7500 newly unemployed people out on the streets though.

Is flash responsible (at least in part) for grabbing so much RAM and making the computer slow?
There are some animated sites that make my computer's processor work extra-hard for something I wouldn't even want to see in the first place.

If this is so, I'm glad flash got nuked!

I'm hoping some of them will send their resumes to my company, as there is some real talent there in spite of some of the crappy consumer-level product they make. The pro products are quite good, even if many of us resent the upgrades fees and the inability to get multiple discounts if you want to go to a suite and already have several products in the suite.
