Any of you work in studio with DP 7.2.2 using HD3 pcie hardware?
Are there any problems? Is a solid system?
Thx

Depends on which version of ProTools you're running under. DAE was officially broken somewheres in PT8 if you're going that way. Core Audio in PT8 also had issues; don't know if that was fixed in PT9 or not. Over all I'd say it's not a solid system.sestopiano wrote:Any of you work in studio with DP 7.2.2 using HD3 pcie hardware?

I agree. I tried running DP with my HD2 Pro Tools 9 DAE and it was a disaster. DAE just doesn't play nice in general with the core audio in Macs these days. Not sure why. Got the apogee 64 card it's rock solid.
