anchoring control panel?
Is there anyway to make the control panel "stay put"?
I have it floating over my sequence editor. If I click outside of the dP windows, it disappears until I click back on
not a huge thing...
it just bugs me that it does that
I'm funny that way I guess

If you turn floating off it won't disappear on you.

Re: anchoring control panel?
that seems to keep it on top of the DP window... but if I click on Safari (on a different monitor), the DP windows remain except the control panel it disappears until I click back on a DP window
again not a huge deal if this is how it functions....
one of those odd things I suddenly dwell upon
thanks

That's how it acts if you have floating on. If you turn it off the control panel will not disappear when you click to other apps. At least that's the way it is here.stainlessbrown wrote:that seems to keep it on top of the DP window... but if I click on Safari (on a different monitor), the DP windows remain except the control panel it disappears until I click back on a DP window

Re: anchoring control panel?
it doesn't disappear, but it goes 'behind' if I'm clicking on something on the same monitor
it is what it is....

Re: anchoring control panel?
I thought you said a different monitor. Yeah, if the other app's window is positioned over it on the same monitor, for sure it will be blocked from view.stainlessbrown wrote:it doesn't disappear, but it goes 'behind' if I'm clicking on something on the same monitor

I had a high school math teacher that used to say, "Them's the conditions which prevail!" I've quoted him often.Shooshie wrote:Things am the way they yam, 'cause that's the way they yam.
