DP7.22 Crash adding Instruments

Hi all

I will send something through to MOTU but as it is the weekend I thought I'd ask here and see if anyone here can decipher the crash log. I did scan other Motunation threads and the Spectrasonics website.

Macpro 2.26ghz quad core with 32 GB RAM, OS 10.6.6. I'm current on audio hardware drivers for my 2408, and current on Kontakt, VEPro and Spectrasonics plugs. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Stylus using the Snow Leopard installers, repaired prefs and permissions of all kinds.

I have 5 64-bit VEPro instances running with 5GB of Kontakt RAM loaded, as well as two Ethno2 instances and Stylus RMX loaded within DP. I should still have loads of RAM headroom. Trouble is that if I dare load a 2nd Stylus, the plugin loads but if I touch the Stylus interface I get an immediate crash. Is there anything in the crash log that might point to a cause? Thanks for any help.

I updated the title of the thread, as DP crashed straight away as soon as I added a Play instrument, so it doesn't appear to be a Stylus problem per se. I can load VEPro instances without problem.

Activity Monitor says DP is using 1.75 GB of memory, and that 16GB remains free.

Don't know if that adds info to the above.
