Hi!
Device description states "can even record dry while keeping a monitor mix wet for your headphone mixes" but i found no way how to do it.
I use ASIO on XP with direct monitoring from CueMix. I want to use CueMix DSP for monitor compression EQ and reverb of a vocal mic in the headphone, while recording the dry signal. My CueMix FX is pre ASIO send which makes no sense at all...
Thanks for any help!

Enable the effects on the UltraLite mk3 outputs, not the inputs. Then you will record "dry" inputs while hearing "wet" outputs.
The leading cause of wrong answers is asking the wrong questions.

As far as i know, effects can be enabled for individual hardware outputs. So like enabling an EQ for "headphone out" would make my whole headphone mix EQ-ed, right? Or am I missing something?
I just need my vocals compressed to the headphones, not the whole mix.
Thanks for the answer!

Yes, that's right.sp4rk wrote:As far as i know, effects can be enabled for individual hardware outputs. So like enabling an EQ for "headphone out" would make my whole headphone mix EQ-ed, right?
Or you could route the mic input to an unused output pair in the UltraLite mk3's on-board mixer, enabled a compressor on that output, set the Return Assign parameter to that output pair, and then record "wet" Return 1 or Return 2 in the DAW program alongside the "dry" mic input. It's convoluted, but it would work. There may be a better solution, but I can't think of it right now.

The EQ can also balance the volume of the bass as well as the tremble of the music to have a nice sound through the Klipsch headphone. On the other hand rerouting the Mic input for the on-board mixer is a bit complicated for me. But I will still stick with EQ for a better result.1nput0utput wrote: Yes, that's right.
