Hi all,
MKII USB, yes, I know it's a curse...
I'm trying to find out how I can get this fixed and I was wondering if any of you experienced a similar problem.
Basically all buttons on the front panel become randomly unresponsive and it's than impossible to adjust the volume for monitor out and headphones which is quite important... I think it's an hardware problem, but weird no?
Any thoughts?

Sorry. I don't have a 828 mk11.
Only 9 reads on your thread at this time so it's entirely feasible that no one in a position or with the inclination to help has seen it yet. Be patient.
You might also want to consider providing a few more details. Phrased like you have it's an easy question to ask but time consuming to answer.
That said hanging out here for the last 6 months and what you describe doesn't seem to be a common problem.
As a first step I'd recommend taking it round to a mates place and check if you get the same result.
