You can change a project tempo from several places depending on the situation. That's not my question. If you've recorded MIDI information at say, 156bpm but then realize that actually the tempo should be 75bpm (half)
When you change the tempo the MIDI performance expands or contracts to keep in place with the tempo change. As I stated I want to change the tempo WITHOUT affecting the MIDI performance. I.E. the playing stays the same but the tempo changes. Hopefully others got that from the title?
