Problem getting 16 analog outs with Traveler and 896HD
Okay, am I an idiot or is something just not working here.Running Windows XP SP3 and Cubase 5. I have an 896HD and a Traveler. The 896HD is my main unit and I want to run the Traveler as another 8 analog outs to my mixing board so I can mix 16 tracks on my board manually. So, I run adat out of the 896 to the in of the Traveler. I set up the Cuemix software for the Traveler so each adat "input" is mono and panned left and right. I now get each of the individual 8 tracks coming out of the 896HD analog outputs as they should, but the Traveler is combining (mixing) the remaining 8 and not assigning each individual track to each analog output. I notice the Cuemix software only has four buses. Is this the issue ? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have to get a project done in the next couple of days ! Thank you !
