HD24 seems to lose sync with timecode via ADAT sync thru DTP

I have a simple playback setup using an Alesis HD24xr receiving timecode via ADAT sync from a Digital Timepiece.

I am distributing timecode from a master show control system timecode card (Medialon) and am randomly experiencing either drop-out in audio or timecode to the HD24 lagging behind the master TC.

The setup is simple. TC out from the Master Show Control, distributed to each video server and the DTP via Brainstorm SR-26. I'm taking ADAT Sync out of the DTP directly to the HD24. I also have a Brainstorm DCD-8 master word clock sending WC to the DTP and the HD24.

I've adjusted the level of TC out of the SR26 to a minimal level to avoid overpowering the DTP, as well as set the Rise Time to 1 micro-second. I'm running out of options, time and patience.

Any ideas out there?
