LOL! Somehow, this doesn't seem like a bad thing. I'm really looking forward to working with these plugs.MIDI Life Crisis wrote:Confession is good for the soul but not as satisfying as sin.Frodo wrote:It's a done deal here--- just waiting for my iLok auth to show up.
You don't *owe* me any iHobbit-in', but there is some sin involved with all those carbs!! We're going to have to talk about that---MIDI Life Crisis wrote: So I guess I owe you some iHoppin'
Maybe over some 60' and 70s rock and Tim?Frodo wrote:We're going to have to talk about that---
That's called "Cash Back!" Now I can go out and buy a buffalo steak dinner at Whole Foods, and have enough left over for a movie. See how that works? Yep, with the right strategies, you'll never run out of money, even if you never work another day in your life!wurliuchi wrote:I think you're $46 richer than you even thought you were.Shooshie wrote:Count me among the richer for having given up $295. Damn. I think I'll do an infomercial. I'll pay for it with the cash I get back for doing the music myself. Somebody stop me! I'm getting cash back hand over fist! It's just not fair to those who haven't seen my infomercial yet! I might even buy my Kokopelli a new flute! (or Soprano Sax)

Congrats! I'm happy to be in your company.Frodo wrote:Awwwwwwww-ridey, then.
My iLok came through at last.
That means I'm officially (and happily) in Nomad's Land!
EDIT---There was an anigif of a dancing broccoli posted as a response here which seems to have disappeared, in case anyone was wondering.....wurliuchi wrote: Congrats! I'm happy to be in your company.
Dude! I still have a LOT of tracks to redo, but I did one animation track in particular that I loved as it was. Applied a few Nomad plugs and heard elements of sounds I never heard before. Really interesting stff, not just artifacts. Frequencies that have been buried for a decade. I'll be processing a few orchestral works and expect that what was once an archive only recording may become a new release. Dang, I want to hear more of those woodwinds over the percussion!!! Woohoo!!!! THE BEST $250 I've spent in a long time (what was her name again...?) LOLShooshie wrote:Well, I'm dumbfounded. Humbled. Awestricken. I've been throwing plugins and presets at some of my old files, and... well... let's just say I didn't know this was how it's done. I hear sounds that I've heard most of my life in both pop and classical music ... Happy camper here,

My own arrangement of "Chopsticks" using authentic Samurai Swords. Sorts of a performance piece in honor the The Who... LOL...Tomrabbit wrote:
