Synchrosoft is now eLicenser

Post by Frodo »

I only saw this mentioned deep inside one post on the Windows forum, so I thought I'd mention it here for those who use(d) Synchrosoft but haven't updated in a while.

That's been true for awhile, but your post reminded me of the more important forgotten fact, which is that they are now owned by Steinberg and thus indirectly by Yamaha. This should theoretically mean better support moving forward.

Yeah-- I first heard about a month ago, and I might have been late even back then.....

I hope you're right. Both companies have been past pains (in the..) in my book. Steinberg is the company that sent me to DP with tears in my eyes and scrapes on my knees.

I honestly hope you are right, MHS. Who doesn't want reliable dongle functionality-- and why has it been so apparently difficult to date?

Is this also true on other planets?

Sorry, I couldn't resist, because often it seems these people are living on a different planet than ours.

I know. This ruined my whole mnemonic- "My Vagina Eats Mint Juleps Sitting Upright Nancy, Please!".

Now I got nothin', and I'm just smoking marijuana, becoming surly, and skipping a lot of school. What's the point?
